When we resume accepting Key Choices Applications and you apply, you will not be charged if you have paid the above listed fee for the Homebuyer Education Classes. Just send a copy of your Homebuyer Education Classes Certificate in with your Key Choices application.
You may call to reserve a seat for the Homebuyer Education Classes. Please check our calendar to the right for class dates and times. If you apply to the Key Choices Program when it resumes these classes are required to assume the mortgage after you have moved into the home of your choice. You have up to 6 months after you move in to take these classes. However taking them ahead of schedule can only help you have a better understanding of our program.
